The menu is inspired by owner and chef Paolo’s childhood memories of cooking delicious meals with his Mother and Nonna. He learned from a young age that “Food is respect in all his forms. It is respect for the ingredients, respect for the cooking technique, and respect for the goal you want to achieve. Cooking for people is a pleasure but first of all, it is a responsibility.”
The extensive menu offers a wide range of delicious old-school wood-fired pizzas; you’ll find all the classics like the Queen Margherita, Capricciosa, or Meat Lovers on the menu as well as a huge variety of more unique options. We also offer a selection of authentic home-made gnocchi dishes, as well as an assortment of desserts & cold drinks to compliment your meal.
